If your chair doesn't provide the comfort or support you expected, our dedicated team is here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Disassemble the chair carefully and pack it into its original shipping box with all accessories, manuals, and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
